We were so excited, that once again, the beautiful Rugg family fit us into their whirlwind summer vacation.Actually,I wouldn't have allowed them to head home without at least a quick hug hello. It was a bit more than a quick hug but not by much. They came for a few hours to swim and much to all the boys dismay,a few hours was just not enough.I think that was the consensus all around.Especially when it came to Zoey and her boyfriend and I have to tell you,it is not the youngest member of the Rugg family that has her heart but rather the oldest and yes,I am talking about Ray.Zoey is and always has been, so very smitten with Ray and I do believe, the feeling is mutual. The visit was short but definitely sweet and our hope is that one day, before too long,Zoey's boyfriend and his family will be taking up permanent residency here in Southern California.Love to you Lacey and Ray and the boys and next time, how exciting will this be ... I can add baby Makayla to the mix!Soon very soon, as rumor has it they have received USCIS approval!!Which means by summer's end, hopefully and prayfully, baby Makayla should home with her forever family!
Zoey just loved Ray's beard ... when I said beard she signed "beard" ... what a smart girl.Didn't even know she knew that one!
*Side note. Please, would you notice the little red dot on Miss Zoey's cheek in the photo's with Ray .. yep,you might have guessed, her 3rd,yes 3rd freak'n outbreak of MRSA ... MRSA ... so am hating that new 4 letter word!!!Good news,if there is good news when talking about MRSA,is that the Mupirocin seems to be clearing it up.Thank God for small bones shot my girl's way!

So happy that you all had the chance to visit with one another. Short and sweet still makes for wonderful memories!! Looks like the kids had a great time!! And how exciting for Makayla to be added to the mix!! More kids, more memories!!
Looks like even the short visit was a great one! So glad you all were able to get together for some fun while they were in CA.
So sorry about the MRSA (again)! Will be praying that it leaves Zoey once and for all!
She is so adorable, love the pics with her and Ray, too cute!
We'll miss them here in Utah when they head to California. You're make-a-wish day brought tears. How fun!
What a wonderful time all of you seem to be having. Just imagine once they actually move there!! And you'll get to see Makayla as well then, I'm envious!
I can see that Zoey is quite taken up with Ray, really sweet pictures of the two of them.
I hope this dreaded MRSA leaves Zoey soon, and hopefully for the last time, I can't believe that she's having it for the 3rd time.
Kim, my wife, and I have talked about what a joy it would be to go and visit with Zoey. ;-)
I think that would be my "Make-A-Wish", Ha! Ha! I'm only a kid at heart though, so I couldn't qualify for it. ;-)
We continue to pray for you, your growing wonderful family, and that precious little girl Zoey.
Looks like a wonderful visit. So happy for you all! Hope the MRSA clears up soon!

Oh we had so much fun, even though it was short! Zoey is so magical, you can't explain it. I may need to send you some money to ship me some more strawberries!
What cute picture's of Zoey and Ray!It's so nice you were all able to get together :)
Well, it has been a bit since I have commented but wanted to say I have really enjoyed all of Miss Zoey's adventures!!! Her Make-a-wish trip.... fabulous! I adore her cabana, (we have a similar one to keep Kendall entertained during the boys baseball games..... Takes me longer to pop it up than it does for her to abandon it...lol. She is looking so BIG and grown up. What a special little girl!
Thanks as always for the tag-a-long.
Boy or boy that Mr. Jaxson sure gets around:) How awesome you got to see him.
