For the Sake of Our Tiny Warrior ...

I have to leave,as the last thing before tomorrow,something positive.It would be an injustice to Zoey if I allowed fear and anger to encapsulate the very gentle,loving forgiving spirit of this child.With that said,some of my favorite quotes.This is what Zoey is about.This is the gift of Zoey's grace.Anything less I realize,is a disservice to her journey and ultimately her life.

I am a long time lurker...always joining into the prayers for Zoey, but not making myself known. I found out about your site through Kele,who doesn't know me either, but I taught with her husband, Mike, before I retired last year. My two cents worth...I just can't help but feel that these low numbers may just be Zoey's "norm"...just like not losing her hair was against all odds! It just seems to me if she were "sick", you'd just kind of know something was not right. I am certainly going to pray that is the case. I also pray that you will be able to sleep tonight before you begin your journey tomorrow. Your family is one of the most beautiful that I've ever seen. Love to you from a stranger friend.

I am so so sorry that you have even one more moment of fear and anxiety --- you have already experienced a lifetimes worth. It is just so unfair. I too so hope and pray that it is just little miss Zoey doing her thing and just showing some unusual numbers. sending tons of positive thoughts, prayers and hugs to you, and hoping you are able to find strength and peace tonight and tomorrow.

Another thing I was thinking about today. Yes. I think about you guys often. Carly's bone marrow biopsy showed a viral bug. But, she wasn't sick. So, crazy as it sounds. I will be praying for something viral in her marrow.

Did the doctor mention they would check her counts again before doing the biopsy tomorrow? If the counts are back to a more normal range, would they cancel the bone marrow test?

Just know we are all thinking of you guys. We'll be praying for nothing short of a great report.

I have nothing. There are places in our lives where words are not needed, that is right now. You know we love you and would be there if we could. I can just see Ivey and Zoe together. What a Team. Yes, you are being pushed, but who knows what you are being pushed toward. Hang tight sister.

A bit suprised at how catatonic I have seemed since I spoke to you, not that I am suprised at how much I care about Zoey and your family, but just suprised at the effect this latest news has had on me.
I will watch for an update on the blog, if you don't post something, then if I could be so bold as to ask for you to text me, Mark email me, Taylor call me... something, I am just kinda walking around despondent and numb.

Heather and Zoey -

You don't know us, but we have been following you blog for awhile. Like Zoey and Jaxson, my son has many of the same issues with stroke, seizures, PH, etc. We have just come through a possible diagnosis of myleodisplastic disorder that Turned out not to be the case, for now.

Anyway, one day, I sat down and went through the Bible looking at every book - Specifically at Chapter 3, verse 21. I think you know why....Here is what I found:

Proverbs 3:21: "My son, preserve sound judgement and discernment, do not let them out of your sight."

Ezekiel 3:21: "But if you warn the righteous man not to sin and he does not sin, he will surely live becasue he took warning, and you will have saved yourself."

Luke 3:21 (on the Baptism of Jesus): "When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened..."

John 3:21: "But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."

Ephesians 3:21: "to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."

Philippians 3:21: "who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body."

Isn't it amazing that all of these wonderful passages are in those exact chapeters/verses in the Bible?
