"Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful." ~Norman Vincent Peale

At this very moment, somewhere on the rainy 101 freeway, just outside Los Angeles,my beautiful girl and her beautiful girl, are on their way.

This Is Daria,we are in love. She is one of the many beautiful children on Reece's Rainbow.I found her there just recently, how I have missed her all this time is beyond me.And, and in a oh so God kind of thing, unknowing to me,Taylor had donated to her while in Switzerland but when she had donated to her, it was a picture of her as a little baby and she was wearing this darling little pink hat .This is a more recent picture.Neither of us knew, each had fallen in love with the same child. Her ornament has not arrived. We made a make shift one for now.Taylor has also placed her photo in little hiding places for Mark to find.Unfair I know.I do believe he suffers from the Reluctant Husband Syndrome ... one day perhaps. One day.Till then we will dream and do what we can from this side of the ocean.

Will be inundating you with updates and photos over the next several days.Must run ... Charlotte will be here any minute!

I love Daria too!!! She is so adorable! She would definitely fit right into your family!!! Just like Carlene, Olga, Phoebe and Wilson would fit into mine!! If it weren't for reluctant husbands and thousands of dollars!

Did I just write the power of prayer is no match? Don't I mean Mr. R is no match for the power of prayer?

Why do I feel this comment is taking the same road as your air hockey FB comment...LOL

Anyway, I'm praying!!

OO that is a God sighting for sure. I love that both you and Taylor fell in love with her without knowing. So awesome.
Have a wonderful time with family.
Many blessings.

The Reluctant Husband Club is a horrible club. All the members are mocked and scorned and are outcasts sometimes! Just ask my husband, he is the charter member. BTW, I am so happy that my first little love (who's ornament has been on my tree for two years) is spending her first Christmas at home with her family! YAY!! My present love is Dariya. Love her!! We have so many RR ornaments on our tree. Wish. pray, wish. pray!!

Way to go Taylor, get dad so he can't say no! Have a big fundraiser for her, keep people to raise money, like that Olga. Then when she has a lot, commit to her, and it takes your cost way down!

I love your new header and your make shift Daria ornament. RR kids are on my heart constantly. Hubby is one of the reluctant ones too. I have asked him about adoption, and he said he's not opposed if we can't have more of our own, but I want to adopt NOW. For me it's not whether or not we can have more kids, but rather that there are so many kids that need our help...

Not sure, my last posting did not make it. The photos are awesome. Forgot to mention before Heather - I like the new header. And....so nice to see Zoey's mom in a photo!

Bet everyone is happy that Caitlin, Charlotte and Danny are there. Let the holidays begin... be it raining in Ca or snowing here on the East Coast...(that includes Chicago Jess & Matt)

Have a wonderful Christmas with your wonderful family! I love the story about you and your daughter donating to the same precious angel! I've seen her and fell in love with her as well! I happen to have a stubborn, reluctant husband too....but I'm working on him! :) Hugs!!!

She is so darling, Heather. There is a little boy on RR named Trenton that I think is just about the cutest thing ever. I can barely stand to look at him. Not only do I have a reluctant husband, I also have a deficient bank account and overcrowded bedrooms... Someday! Merry Christmas!
